What happens in 90 minutes

The session is guided, not freeform. We move through it together.

0–20 min

Brain dump

You talk. I listen, capture, and organize. Everything: obligations, worries, projects, decisions, ideas, problems. It all gets out of your head and into something we can actually work with.

20–50 min

Sort & prioritize

We go through what you said and apply a priority filter. What's genuinely urgent? What can wait? What's emotional noise that's taking up space? What's actually blocking everything else?

50–75 min

Plan the next 7 days

Together we build a simple, specific 7-day action plan. Not 40 tasks. Three to five real moves, with enough context that you'll actually do them.

75–90 min

Blockers & close

We surface anything that could stop the plan and decide what to do about it. You leave with a clear next move, a written summary, and a 30-day direction note.

7-day action plan

Three to five specific, time-boxed actions for the week ahead. Built around what actually matters, not what sounds productive.

30-day direction note

A brief, honest description of where you're pointing. Not a manifesto, just a direction you can return to when things get noisy again.

Blocker map

A short list of what might get in the way, with simple decisions for each one so they don't derail you on day two.

Optional: follow-on check-in

A 30-minute check-in session, 7–10 days later, to review progress and adjust the plan if needed.
